1st Annual Cody Burn Fund

There is an exciting new calendar being launched by WREA Member electric co-ops; the 1^st annual Cody Burn Fund Calendar, a 2008 calendar. This calendar was the creative idea of a group of PRECorp employees, who wanted to have a calendar that would recognize local linemen and raise money for a good cause.

The 2008 Cody Burn Fund Calendar highlights a linemen from each of the 11 Rural Electric Cooperatives in Wyoming. A professional photographer spent many hours at the Cody Hotline School, catching the calendar linemen in action! The Cody Hotline School is a training seminar for linemen from Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho, and Montana to provide current electrical safety information and the latest techniques in line work.

 The Cody Hotline School also raises money through the Cody Burn Fund to help people in the state of Wyoming and surrounding states who have experienced serious burns and are trying to deal with the ramifications and rehabilitation of these types of injuries.  All proceeds from the calendar will go the Cody Hot Line Burn Fund benefiting burn victims. Calendars cost $6.00 plus shipping
